I’m Ali Casiano, a leadership strategist specializing in emotional intelligence (EQ) and agile leadership. As a UX Researcher and Learning Designer at Amazon Web Services, I’ve supported a global workforce of 35,000+, integrating AI-driven learning solutions to enhance leadership development and enablement.
With 15+ years across industries: education, UX research and corporate I’m passionate about helping leaders build high-performing, adaptable teams. As an AWS-certified EQ Champion, I’ve led EQ-driven culture initiatives, ensuring leaders cultivate inclusion, connection, and impact.
